Case Management

Case Management offer culturally sensitive informational counseling to families in crisis. Our intensive case management with HIV/AIDS affected families includes education on issues of entitlements, HIV and disclosure, nutrition, lifestyle and sex practices, permanency planning, new guardian transition and bereavement. We serve the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan, Nassau, and Suffolk County.
